摘要 以PLC技术和变频控制技术为基础,简单说明了煤矿井下局部通风机的风量调节系统。分析表明,其供风的风量可以智能控制,做到按需供风,不仅可以有效发挥局部通风机使用需求,还能改变风机一直恒速运行的现状,为煤矿安全生产和节能运行提供有效保证,达到智能化局部通风的目的。 Based on PLC technology and frequency conversion control technology,the air volume adjustment system of underground local ventilation fan in coal mine is briefly explained,and the air volume of its air supply can be intelligently controlled to supply air on demand.It not only can effectively play the demand of local ventilation fan use,but also can change the status quo that the fan has been running at constant speed,providing an effective guarantee for the safe production and energy-saving operation of coal mines,and achieving the purpose of intelligent local ventilation.
