摘要
为了提升矿井智能化水平,对矿井主通风机监控系统进行优化研究,设计了基于PLC冗余技术的监控系统。该系统以太网为通信基础,根据实际情况选定合理的硬件型号,同时增加了不停风自动倒机程序及报警程序等保障措施,确保系统的正常运行,最后对设计的主通风机监控系统进行应用效果分析,验证了其运行的可靠性,可为矿井通风监控系统的设计提供参考。
In order to improve the intelligence level of the mine,the main ventilation fan monitoring system of the mine is optimized,a monitoring system based on PLC redundancy technology is designed,the system Ethernet is the basis of communication,reasonable hardware models are selected,while the system adds safeguards such as non-stop reverse program and alarm program to ensure the normal operation of the system.Finally,we analyze the application effect of the designed main ventilation fan monitoring system to verify the reliability of its operation and provide reference for the design of mine ventilation monitoring system.
