摘要 为了解决传统驱动方式下启动困难及首尾电机功率不平衡的问题,以杜家沟矿为研究背景,对刮板输送机变频驱动进行优化分析,并给出了优化驱动方案,同时对空载、重载条件下机头机尾功率差值及最大张力值进行研究分析,得出通过调节启动时间差来解决机头机尾电机功率不平衡现象,达到了机头机尾转速调节的目的,为刮板输送机变频驱动提供参考。 In order to solve the problems of difficult starting and unbalanced power of head and tail motors under the traditional driving method,the inverter drive of scraper conveyor is optimized and the optimized driving scheme is given with Dujiagou mine as the research background,and the head and tail power difference and maximum tension value under no-load and heavy-load conditions are studied and analyzed,and it is concluded that the head and tail motor power unbalance is solved by adjusting the starting time difference.The head and tail motor power imbalance can be solved by adjusting the start time difference,and the purpose of head and tail speed adjustment can be achieved,which can provide reference for the scraper conveyor frequency drive.
