摘要
为进一步提升矿井胶轮车在综采工作面巷道运行的安全性和效率,解决其控制滞后、追尾、堵车等事故发生的问题,在对矿用胶轮车自动调度控制系统功能要求说明的基础上,设计了矿用胶轮车监控系统,为实现自动调度控制奠定基础。同时,结合胶轮车的运行工况设计了自动调度控制规则和策略流程,并经实践调试验证整个系统的控制策略可行、有效。
In order to further improve the safety and efficiency of mine rubber wheel carriage operation in the tunnel of comprehensive mining working face and solve the problems of its control lag,tailgating,blockage and other accidents,based on the description of the functional requirements of mine rubber wheel carriage automatic scheduling control system,the mine rubber wheel carriage monitoring system is designed to lay the foundation for the realization of automatic scheduling control.At the same time,the automatic dispatching control rules and strategy flow are designed in combination with the operating conditions of rubber wheel trucks,and the control strategy of the whole system is verified to be feasible and effective by practical debugging.
