在全面进入推动创新创业高质量发展、打造"双创"升级版的新常态下,结合工作实际阐述了国有大型煤机装备制造企业开展"双创"活动优势和不足,并就目标导向、双创理念进行了探讨,明确了体制机制优化、支撑平台建设运用、重大项目布局实施、基层职工创新组织、人员团队培养培育等方面重点工作,以期为行业企业推进"双创"工作提供经验借鉴。

Under the new normal of promoting high-quality development and creating an upgraded version of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the advantages and disadvantages of carrying out "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" activities in state-owned large-scale coal machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises was elaborated based on the actuality.The goal orientation and the concept of mass entrepreneurship and innovation were discussed at the sam e time.The key work of system and mechanism optimization,construction and application of support platform,implementation of major project,innovation organization of grass-roots workers,cultivation of personnel team,etc.were clarified in order to providing experience for industrial enterprises to promote "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" work.
