Research on the Mode and Path of Building Practical Training Base Based on Professional Cluster of Rail Transit Equipment Manufacturing Specialty

专业群的建设是为了探索新的教学模式,通过整合专业,提高学生的创新实践能力,培养出能够适应当下经济发展的高素质人才。而研究与专业群配套的实训基地模式对专业群的建设起到极其重要的作用。因此,以轨道交通装备制造专业群实训基地的建设为例,从实训基地建设的新思路出发,对实训基地的功能进行了再次开发,并取得了一定的应用效果。

The construction of professional clusters is to explore new teaching modes,improve students’ innovative and practical abilities by integrating professions,and cultivate high quality talents who can adapt to the current economic development.And the study of practical training base model supporting with professional clusters plays an extremely important role in the construction of professional clusters.Therefore,taking the construction of practical training base of rail transportation equipment manufacturing professional group as an example,the function of practical training base is developed again from the new idea of practical training base construction,and certain application effect is achieved.
