摘要
在对江苏南京某规模化蛋鸡养殖场水线常规水质监测时,分离到1株革兰阴性杆菌。随后,用生化和PCR方法对该分离菌株进行鉴定,用纸片法对该分离菌株进行药敏试验,并用雏鸡对该分离菌株进行攻毒试验,分析其致病性。结果显示:该分离菌株为绿脓杆菌;在药敏试验中,该分离菌株对头孢克肟、氟苯尼考、林可霉素、磷霉素钙、盐酸多西环素、阿莫西林、单硫卡表现出较强的耐药性,对头孢他啶、盐酸左氧氟沙星、硫酸阿米卡星、青霉素钾、环丙沙星较为敏感;在攻毒试验中,该分离菌株对雏鸡具有强致病力。本试验提供了水源性疾病传播到蛋鸡的潜在风险的证据,并揭示了从大型蛋鸡养殖场分离的绿脓杆菌的耐药性和致病性的程度,对防控规模化蛋鸡养殖场绿脓杆菌具有指导意义。
Water quality in the drinking water system plays an important role in the general health and performance of laying hens.Since some pathogens reside within waterline,they can cause waterborne infections in hens.During routine water quality monitoring of a large-scale laying hen farm in Nanjing,Jiangsu province,a Gram-negative bacillus was isolated.The resulting strain was subsequently identified by biochemical and molecular methods,its sensitivity to commonly used drugs was assessed by paper diffusion method,and its pathogenicity was evaluated in chicks.The results showed that the isolated strain was Pseudomonas aeruginosa;in drug susceptibility test,it demonstrated strong resistance to cefixime,florfenicol,lincomycin,fosfomycin calcium,doxycycline hydrochloride,amoxicillin,and monothiocar,but appeared sensitive to ceftazidime,levofloxacin hydrochloride,amikacin sulfate,penicillin potassium,and ciprofloxacin;in animal challenge experiment,it displayed strong pathogenicity to chicks.This study provided evidence on the potential risk of waterborne disease transmission to laying hens,and revealed the extent of drug resistance and pathogenicity of P.aeruginosa strain isolated from large-scale layer farms,leading to improved treatment and prevention.
