肉种鸡禽白血病病毒与禽戊型肝炎病毒混合感染的诊断病例 被引量:3

Diagnosis of Mixed Infection of Avian Leukosis Virus and Avian Hepatitis E Virus in Broiler Farms

摘要 江苏某肉种鸡场鸡群发生精神抑郁、消瘦、死亡率高现象,经剖检发现,病死鸡肝、脾组织肿大并伴有肿瘤样结节。本实验室对病料制备组织切片,设计合成J亚型禽白血病病毒和禽戊型肝炎病毒引物进行RT-PCR检测。组织切片结果显示,肝、脾出现细胞脂肪变性、淋巴细胞浸润以及肿瘤细胞浸润等情况,脾脏出现细胞坏死和结缔组织增生。RT-PCR结果显示,J亚群禽白血病病毒与禽戊型肝炎病毒核酸均呈阳性,该场为J亚型禽白血病和禽戊型肝炎的混合感染,本试验首次在国内肉种鸡上发现2种以上病毒的混合感染。 Mental depression,emaciation and increased mortality occurred in a certain broiler farm in Jiangsu province.Tumor nodules and tissue swell were found in the liver and spleen tissues of the dead chickens.Pathological examination of the samples was carried out in laboratory,and primers were designed for RT-PCR to detect avian leukemia virus J subtype and avian hepatitis E virus in liver and spleen tissues,respectively.The results showed that liver steatosis,lymphocyte infiltration and tumor cell infiltration of subgroup J leukemia were found in the samples of chicken liver,and cell necrosis and connective tissue hyperplasia were found in the spleen.Both nucleic acid testing of avian leukemia virus subgroup J and hepatitis E virus were positive.These results suggested a mixed infection of avian leukemia subgroup J and avian hepatitis E appeared in farm,which was first documented in domestic broilers.
