个体化早期盆底肌康复治疗在不同分娩方式产妇产后的应用效果

Effect of individualized early rehabilitation therapy of pelvic floor muscle on postpartum women with different delivery methods

目的探讨个体化早期盆底肌康复治疗对不同分娩方式产妇产后的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月至2020年5月白云区石井人民医院收治的122例产妇作为研究对象,根据不同分娩方式分为对照组(60例)与试验组(62例),对照组为自然分娩,试验组为剖宫产,两组患者皆进行早期盆底肌康复治疗。比较两组的盆底肌纤维功能、盆底肌压力和性功能恢复情况。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的盆底肌恢复情况以及性功能恢复情况均高于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的盆底肌纤维功能、盆底肌压力和性功能恢复情况高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期盆底肌康复治疗有利于产妇的盆底以及性功能恢复,尤其对剖宫产的产妇效果更加明显。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized early rehabilitation therapy of pelvic floor muscle on postpartum women with different delivery methods.Methods A total of 122 postpartum women admitted to Baiyun District Shijing People′s Hospital from September 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research object.According to different delivery methods,they were divided into control group(60 cases)and experimental group(62 cases).The patients in the control group were delivered naturally,and the patients in the experimental group were delivered by cesarean section.The patients in the two groups were treated with individualized early rehabilitation of pelvic floor muscle.The recovery of pelvic floor muscle fiber function,pelvic floor muscle pressure and sexual function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the recovery of pelvic floor muscles and sexual function of the experimental group and the control group were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle fiber function,pelvic floor muscle pressure and sexual function recovery of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation therapy of pelvic floor muscle is conducive to the recovery of pelvic floor and sexual function on postpartum women,especially for postpartum women with cesarean section.
