iRoot BP Plus治疗恒牙根尖敞开病变的临床效果

Clinical effect of iRoot BP Plus in the treatment of open apical lesions of permanent teeth

目的探讨iRoot BP Plus治疗恒牙根尖敞开病变的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月韶关市口腔医院牙体牙髓科收治的根尖孔未闭合的成年患者52例,前牙及前磨牙共60颗为研究对象,按照就诊顺序分为试验组与对照组,每组30颗牙。对照组在清理完根管后,口腔显微镜下采用氢氧化钙类根管糊剂Vitapex行根尖诱导成形术,试验组在口腔显微镜下将iRoot BP Plus充填于根尖孔及根管下段,厚约3~5 mm,硬固后采用热牙胶完成根管中上段的充填。比较两组的患者就诊次数、治疗周期、治疗效果及换牙疼痛发生率。结果试验组的平均就诊次数、治疗周期短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组根尖封闭成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生术后急性反应。结论iRoot BP Plus根尖屏障联合热牙胶根管充填用于治疗恒牙根尖敞开病变相对于氢氧化钙类根管糊剂Vitapex行根尖诱导成形术明显就诊次数少、治疗周期短、成功率高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of iRoot BP Plus in the treatment of open apical lesions of permanent teeth.Methods A total of 52 adult patients with apical foramen unclosed from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects in the Department of Dentistry and Endodontics of Shaoguan Stomatological Hospital.Sixty anterior teeth and premolars of the patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of treatment,with 30 teeth in each group.The control group was after the root canal was cleaned,Under the dental microscope,the calcium hydroxide-based root canal paste Vitapex was used for apexplasty.The experimental group filled iRoot BP Plus in the root apical foramen and the lower part of the root canal under the dental microscope.The thickness was about 3~5 mm,and it was hardened.Hot gutta-percha is used to complete the filling of the upper and middle section of the root canal.The number of visits,treatment cycles and treatment effects and incidence of postoperative acute reaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The average number of visits and treatment cycles of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of root apex sealing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No postoperative acute reaction occurred in both groups.Conclusions iRoot BP Plus apical barrier combined with hot gutta-percha root canal filling is used to treat open apical lesions of permanent teeth.Compared with calcium hydroxide root canal paste Vitapex,apexplasty is significantly less frequent,shorter treatment period,and success rate.High,worthy of clinical promotion.
