品管圈管理对静脉用药调配中心工作质量的影响

Influence of quality control circle management on work quality of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service Center

目的运用品管圈管理工具,降低安瓿瓶药品人为损耗率,提升人员工作质量。方法资料来源于静脉用药调配中心2020年1月至7月安瓿瓶药品人为损耗登记情况,包括损耗数量及损耗原因,运用品管圈循环管理法,对安瓿瓶药品破损问题进行分析和持续改进。结果通过本次品管圈活动,静脉用药调配中心安瓿瓶药品损耗率明显降低,目标达成率为112.78%,进步率为50%。品管圈掌握程度、问题解决能力、积极性进步程度较大,活动成长分数分别为2.0、1.6、1.0分。结论品管圈活动能有效提高静脉用药集中调配中心药品管理水平,降低安瓿瓶药品破损例数。

Objective To use the quality control circle management tools to reduce the human consumption rate of ampoules and improve the work quality of personnel.Methods The data were collected from the registration of ampoule bottle drugs in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service center from January to July 2020,including the number and causes of the loss.The quality control circle circulation management method was used to analyze and continuously improve the problem of ampoule bottle drugs damage.Results Through this quality control circle activity,the ampoule drug loss rate of the intravenous drug compounding center was significantly reduced,and the target achievement rate was 112.78%.The progress rate is 50%.The degree of mastery of the quality control circle,the ability to solve problems,and the degree of enthusiasm were greatly improved,and the activity growth scores were 2.0,1.6,and 1.0 respectively.Conclusion Quality control circle activities can effectively improve the level of drug administration in centralized drug dispensing centers,and reduce the number of breakage cases in ampoules.
