摘要 目的分析过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌系统器械灭菌循环中断的原因,并探讨相应控制措施。方法回顾性分析宜春市人民医院2017年5月至2020年5月过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌循环系统器械灭菌循环中断原因,并分析相关处理措施。结果在2886次灭菌循环中,循环中断163次,总发生率为5.65%,原因包括水分过大(52次,31.90%)、物品超载(45次,27.61%)、物品摆放不规范(23次,14.11%)、禁忌物灭菌(12次,7.36%)、吸附性物质过多(14次,8.59%)、过氧化氢气体出口不通畅(3次,1.84%)、人为取消(7次,4.29%)及不可控因素(7次,4.29%)。结论过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌系统器械灭菌循环中断与器械水分过大、物品超载、物品摆放不规范、禁忌物灭菌、吸附性物质过多、过氧化氢气体排气孔不通畅、人为取消及不可控因素密切相关,科室应针对各因素规范待灭菌物品干燥、包装、装载流程,加强人员培训,定期维护保养灭菌设备,以延长设备使用寿命,降至运行成本。 Objective To analyze the reasons for the interruption of the sterilization cycle of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization system,and explore the corresponding control measures.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the reasons for the interruption of the sterilization cycle of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization circulation system in Yichun People′s Hospital from May 2017 to May 2020,and analyze related treatment measures.Results In the 2886 sterilization cycles,the cycle was interrupted 163 times,and the total incidence was 5.65%.The reasons included excessive moisture(52 times,31.90%),item overload(45 times,27.61%),irregular placement of items(23 times,14.11%),sterilization of contraindications(12 times,7.36%),excessive adsorptive substances(14 times,8.59%),artificial cancellation(7 times,4.29%)and uncontrollable factors(10 times,6.13%).Conclusion The interruption of of the sterilization cycle of the hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization system is closely related to the excessive water content of the equipment,item overload,irregular placement of items,tsterilization of contraindications,excessive adsorptive substances,artificial cancellation and uncontrollable factors.The department should standardize the drying,packaging and loading procedures of items to be sterilized,strengthens personnel training,and regularly maintains sterilization equipment to extend the service life of the equipment and reduce operating cost.
