摘要 目的探讨全自动全血成分分离机白膜法在制备浓缩血小板中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2020年12月茂名市中心血站收集的108袋400 ml全血作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(54袋)与实验组(54袋)。对照组在22℃的条件下离心,采用人工白膜法制备浓缩血小板;实验组在22℃的条件下离心,使用全自动全血成分分离机白膜法制备浓缩血小板。比较两组的浓缩血小板合格率、浓缩血小板计数、酸碱度。结果实验组的浓缩血小板计数大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的酸碱度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组红细胞计数小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的浓缩血小板合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用全自动全血成分分离机制备的浓缩血小板的效果优于人工方法。 Objective To explore the application effect of automatic whole blood component separator in the preparation of concentrated platelets by buffy coat method.Methods A total of 108 bags of 400 ml of whole blood collected from Maoming Central Blood Station from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into the control group(54 bags)and the experimental group(54 bags)according to the random number table method.The control group was centrifuged at 22℃,concentrated platelets were prepared by the artificial buffy coat method.The experimental group was centrifuged at 22℃,concentrated platelets were prepared by buffy coat method using a fully automated whole blood component separator.The concentrated platelet pass rate,concentrated platelet count and acid base were compared between the two groups.Results The concentrated platelet count in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pH value were compared between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The control red cell count in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of concentrated platelets were compared between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Automatic whole blood component separator in the preparation of concentrated platelets by buffy coat method is better than the artificial method.
