法学学术期刊是荟萃和展示法学研究成果的主要平台,是传播法治思想文化的重要阵地,对推动法学理论创新和法学研究繁荣具有极其重要的意义。在新时代,为推动法学期刊创新发展,应坚持价值引领和问题导向,回答法治的“中国之问”与“时代之问”,坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义法治道路;凝练办刊特色,树立风格品牌,策划前沿选题,为良法善治提供智力支持;发挥学校传统与优势学科的特色,培育高水平作者队伍,注重编辑团队建设,提高编辑技能;做到理论与实践结合,对法治经验进行理论提升,讲好中国法治和法学故事,坚定中国特色社会主义法治和法学自信,构建中国特色法学体系和话语体系。

Legal academic journals are the main platform for gathering and displaying the results of legal research,and for spreading legal thought and culture.Besides,they are of great significance for promoting the innovation of legal theory and the prosperity of legal studies.In the new era,in order to promote the innovation and development of legal acadenic journals,we should adhere to value guidance,problemorientation,answer the questions of the rule of law in China and the times,and keep resolutely to the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics;we should condense the characteristics of running journals,establish a style brand and plan the cutting-edge topic selection,so that they can provide an intellectual support for good laws and governance;we should exert the tradition of schools and characteristics of dominant disciplines,cultivate a high-level team of writers,attach importance to the construction of the editorial team and improve editing skills;we should achieve a combination of theory and practice,theoretically improve the experience of the rule of law,tell the story of the rule of law and law in China,enhance our confidence in socialist rule of law and law with Chinese characteristics,and build a legal system and discourse systemwith Chinese characteristics.
