摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定尪痹颗粒中桂皮醛、淫羊藿苷和柚皮苷成分含量,弥补单一指标成分含量测定作为质量控制标准的不足。方法:采用Waters Symmetry C_(18)色谱柱分离,柱温25℃;0.5%磷酸溶液(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长282 nm;使用PDA检测器定量检测。结果:柚皮苷、淫羊藿苷和桂皮醛在各自范围内线性关系良好(0.9990≤r≤0.9993);平均加样回收率分别为100.49%、101.07%、99.10%;仪器精密度和方法重复性良好。结论:该方法操作简便、重复性好,适用于尪痹颗粒中桂皮醛、淫羊藿苷、柚皮苷的含量测定。
Objective:The contents of cinnamaldehyde,icariin and naringin in Wangbi granules were determined by high performance liquid chromatography to make up for the deficiency of single index component content determination as quality control standard.Methods:The chromatographic column was Waters Symmetry C_(18) column,the column temperature was 25℃and 0.5%phosphoric acid solution(A)-acetonitrile(B)was mobile phase with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The detection wavelength was 282 nm.PDA detector was used for quantitative detection.Results:Naringin,icariin and cinnamaldehyde showed good linear relationships in their respective ranges(0.9990≤r≤0.9993).The average recoveries were 100.49%,101.07%,99.10%respectively.The instrument precision and method repeatability were good.Conclusion:This method was simple,reproducible and suitable for the determination of the contents of cinnamaldehyde,icariin and naringin in Wangbi granules.
