临床药师干预肿瘤科患者癌痛治疗药物使用的效果分析

Effect of clinical pharmacists'intervention on the use of analgesic drugs for cancer pain in oncology patients

目的:分析临床药师干预前后,肿瘤科患者镇痛药物使用的合理性,为促进合理用药提供参考。方法:利用HIS系统调取相关病历,回顾性分析我院肿瘤科临床药师干预前后癌痛患者镇痛药物的使用情况,对其用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)、给药途径、不合理处方、患者不良反应发生率及疼痛评估量表(BPI)结果进行对比分析。结果:临床药师干预后,肿瘤科无创给药比例由干预前的64.5%上升至91.4%(P<0.05);仅有1.2%处方有内容缺页现象,患者不良反应发生率较前降低(P<0.05),且患者的BPI评分较前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:临床药师干预肿瘤科镇痛药物的应用效果显著,促进了阿片类镇痛药物的合理使用及癌痛治疗规范化的发展。

Objective:To analyze the rationality of the use of analgesic drugs in the department of oncology before and after the intervention of clinical pharmacists,in order to provide references for rational drug use.Methods:The use of analgesic drugs in cancer pain patients before and after the intervention of clinical pharmacists in the oncology department of our hospital was retrospectively analyzed in terms of drug frequency(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC),route of administration,irrational prescription,incidence of adverse drug reaction(ADR),and results of pain assessment scale(BPI).Results:After the intervention by clinical pharmacists,the proportion of non-invasive administration increased from 64.5%to 91.4%(P<0.05).Only 1.2%of prescriptions had missing pages,and the incidence of ADR was obviously reduced(P<0.05).Results of patients'BPI also significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of clinical pharmacists showed significant effect on the use of analgesic drugs in the department of oncology,which could promote the rational use of opioid analgesics and the development of standardized treatment of cancer pain.
