一种空间站再生系统用低噪声离心风机的设计与研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于空间站长期驻人,这对空间站长期运行的离心风机噪声要求非常严格,而采用常规风机本体降噪技术和措施难以满足舱内稳态噪声医学要求。本文通过对风机噪声理论的分析和研究,在风机本体、风机电机、消声器以及整机等方面采取降噪措施,设计出了具有良好降噪效果的产品,该产品满足且明显优于空间站舱内稳态噪声医学要求。同时采取降噪措施后,风机振动明显降低,有利于产品的长寿命和低噪声要求。 Due to the long-term live in space station,the noise requirements of the centrifugal fan in the long-term operation of the space station are very strict.However,it is difficult to meet the medical requirements of steady-state noise in the space station cabin by using conventional fan noise reduction technologies and measures.Based on the analysis and research of the fan noise theory,this paper adopts noise reduction measures in the fan body,the motor,the muffler and the whole machine,and designs a fan with good noise reduction effect,which meets and is obviously better than the medical requirements of steady-state noise in the space station cabin.At the same time,after taking noise reduction measures,the vibration of the fan is significantly reduced,which is conducive to the long life and low noise requirements of the product.
