摘要
采用粉末压片法制样,建立了X射线荧光光谱定量分析法测定催化剂中硫元素的新方法。以高温变换催化剂工业样作为标样,红外碳硫分析仪测定结果作为标准值拟合工作曲线。该方法准确度和精密度较高。
A new method for the quantitative analysis and determination of sulfur in catalyst by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was established,and the samples were prepared by powder tablet pressing method.Taking industrial sample of the high temperature shift catalyst as standard sample,the working curves were fit by the test results of infrared carbon sulfur analyzer as the standard value,accuracy and precision of the new method was good.
