摘要
辽宁某地金矿脉,金品位为2.87g/t。为了提高该金矿的浸出矿石品位和回收率,进行了磨矿细度、药剂制度、全流程开路及闭路试验等,以探究与该矿相适应的选矿工艺流程、工艺参数和工艺指标。结果表明:采用单一浮选工艺可获得精矿金品位28.60g/t、金回收率93.47%的技术指标;采用重选浮选联合工艺获得的重选金精矿金品位为99.11 g/t、回收率为44.10%,浮选精矿金品位为17.97g/t、回收率为50.61%,金总回收率为94.71%,为合理开发利用资源提供了技术依据。
In a gold vein in Liaoning,the gold grade is 2.87g/t.In order to improve the leaching ore grade and recovery rate of the gold mine,the grinding fineness,reagent system,full-process open circuit and closed circuit tests were carried out to explore the beneficiation process,process parameters and process indicators that are compatible with the mine.The results show that the gold concentrate grade of 28.60g/t and the gold recovery rate of 93.47%can be obtained by using a single flotation process.By the combined process of gravity separation and flotation,gravity concentrate gold was obtained with the gold grade of 99.11g/t and gold recovery rate of 44.10%,as well as the flotation concentrate with gold grade of 17.97g/t and gold recovery rate of 50.61%.The total gold recovery rate is 94.71%.The research can provide a technical basis for the rational development and utilization of resources.
