胶磷矿浮选泡沫消泡研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决胶磷矿浮选过程中出现的三相泡沫量大、不易消散等问题,针对影响浮选泡沫稳定性因素进行了分析和消泡试验。结果表明:十二胺能明显降低溶液体系的表面张力,细微疏水矿粒会增强浮选泡沫稳定性;机械搅拌转速越快,消泡效果越好,不同叶轮类型也对消泡效果有很大影响;磷酸三丁酯、GPE聚醚消泡剂和有机硅消泡剂对十二胺二相泡沫具有较好的消泡效果,但在三相泡沫中由于消泡剂不能依靠自身的吸附作用在液膜上充分扩散,导致消泡效果不佳;利用机械搅拌和添加消泡剂联合消泡,在低转速下可达到最佳消泡效果;混合用药比单独用药的消泡效果更好。 The three-phase foam that occurs during the collophane flotation process is large in quantity and is not easy to dissipate.To solve the problems,the factors that affect the stability of flotation foam were analyzed,and the defoaming tests were carried out.Results are concluded as follows.Firstly,dodecyl amine can obviously reduce the surface tension of the solution system,and fine hydrophobic mineral particles can enhance the stability of flotation foam.Secondly,the faster the mechanical stirring speed,the better the defoaming effect.Different impeller types also have a great influence on the defoaming effect.Thirdly,the froth regulators tributyl phosphate,GPE polyether defoaming agent and organic silicon defoamer have good defoaming effects on dodecyl amine two-phase foam,but their defoaming effects are not good in three-phase foam because the defoaming agent can't fully diffuse on the liquid film by its own adsorption.Finally,the combined defoaming process of mechanical stirring with adding defoaming agent can achieve the best defoaming effect at low rotation rate.The defoaming effect of mixing defoaming agent is better than using a certain defoamer alone.
