摘要
文章针对新工科背景下电子信息工程专业人才需求,结合唐山学院办学定位和地域特色,提出从校企联合、课程群建设、产教融合、以赛促教优化双师队伍四个方面进行应用型人才培养模式的探索和实践。实践表明,学生的创新能力大幅提高,人才培养质量和学科建设获得同步提升。
In view of the demand for electronic information engineering talents under the new engineering background,combining the orientation of running school and regional characteristics of Tangshan University,the paper puts forward the exploration and practice of the training mode of applied talents from four aspects:the combination of school and enterprise,the construction of course group,the integration of production and teaching,and the promoting teaching with competition to optimize the double-division team.The practice shows that the innovative ability of students has been greatly improved,and the quality of personnel training and discipline construction has been improved simultaneously.
