第三方物流企业KPI体系构建及绩效评价模型

KPI System Construction and Performance Evaluation Model of Third-party Logistics Enterprises

针对我国第三方物流产业迅猛发展,但对绩效评价缺乏整体研究,未形成科学、合理的物流绩效评价体系的现状,主要运用关键成功因素法进行研究。构建KPI体系,将组织战略目标转化为衡量指标,把战略目标经层层分解后得到关键成功因素,结合关键控制点初步设立绩效指标,再经过测试和整理得出符合要求的第三方物流企业KPI;构建KLEE数学模型并计算各个KPI的权重;研究评价方法,运用变异系数法对单个指标绩效评价结果进行处理,通过线性加权综合评价法进行绩效综合评价。

In view of the rapid development of China’s third-party logistics industry and the lack of overall research on performance evaluation,the formation of a scientific and reasonable logistics performance evaluation system,this paper mainly uses the key success factor method to study.First,KPI system is established,organizational strategic objectives are transformed into measurement indicators,key success factors are obtained after decomposing strategic objectives layer by layer,performance indicators are preliminarily set in combination with critical control points,and then the KPI of the third-party logistics enterprise meets the requirements after being tested and sorted.Then,the KLEE mathematical model is constructed and the weight of each KPI is calculated.Finally,the evaluation method is studied.After the results of performance evaluation of a single index are processed by the coefficient of variation method,the performance comprehensive evaluation is carried out by the linear weighted comprehensive evaluation method.
