我国公民法治意识提升问题论析

On the Promotion of Citizens′Awareness of the Rule of Law in China

全面推进法治国家、法治政府、法治社会建设,需要全体公民形成良好的尊法、学法、用法、守法的法治意识。提升公民法治意识是推进法治建设的基础工程。当前,我国广大公民的法治意识普遍增强,但依然存在自觉学法尊法信法守法用法护法意识不强、重亲情轻法治、重关系轻法治、重权力轻法治、重权利轻义务等思想意识问题,影响社会整体法治意识的提升。提升公民法治意识,需要培养公民法治信仰、弘扬社会主义法治文化、开展普法教育、发挥领导干部的示范带动作用。

To comprehensively promote the construction of a law-based country,government,and society,all citizens need to form a good awareness of the rule of law of respecting,learning,applying,and abiding by the law.Enhancing citizens′awareness of the rule of law is the basic project to promote the construction of the rule of law.At present,the majority of citizens in China have generally enhanced their awareness of the rule of law,but there are still ideological problems such as weak awareness of consciously learning,respecting,trusting,abiding by,protecting the law,emphasizing family affection over the rule of law,emphasizing relations over the rule of law,emphasizing power over the rule of law,and emphasizing rights over obligations,which affect the improvement of the awareness of the rule of law as a whole.To enhance citizens′awareness of the rule of law,we need to cultivate their belief in the rule of law,promote the socialist culture of the rule of law,carry out law popularization education,and give play to the exemplary and leading role of leading cadres.
