对党忠诚,是共产党人首要的政治品质,是中国共产党由弱到强的精神密码。它蕴含了共产党人共同的道德信仰、强烈的道德服从、纯洁的道德品格与知行合一的实践精神,具有崇高性、人民性、担当性、坚定性和绝对性的精神特质。共产党人忠诚品质的养成不是一蹴而就的,必须加强马克思主义理论的学习,注重政治能力的历练,重视担当精神的培养,强化纪律与制度的约束,在严格的党内政治生活、攻坚克难的实际行动中打造出一支忠诚干净担当的党员干部队伍。

Faithfulness to the Party is the primary political quality of communists and the spiritual code of the Chinese Communist Party from weakness to strength.It contains the communists′common moral belief,strong moral obedience,pure moral character and the practice spirit of the unity of knowledge and action,with the spiritual characteristics of loftiness,people,responsibility,firmness and absoluteness.The cultivation of the loyal character of communists cannot be accomplished in an action,so it is necessary to strengthen the study of the Marxist theory,pay attention to the training of political ability,attach importance to the cultivation of the spirit of responsibility,and strengthen the discipline and institutional constraints.Then we could build a contingent of Party members and cadres who are loyal,honest and responsible in the strict political life of the Party and in the practices to overcome difficulties.
