摘要 文章利用变频器、PLC和组态软件对注塑机进行组态控制设计,提供了变频器对注塑机进行改造设计的思路,介绍了PLC程序设计思想,变频改造使工艺控制更加精准,组态监控系统对现场参数能够及时有效地监视和控制,使控制变得更加直观、灵活,模拟运行验证了系统的可行性,达到了设计初衷。 In this paper,a configuration control system for the injection molding machine was designed using a frequency converter in combination of PLC and a configuration software.The idea of improving the injection molding machine using the frequency converter was provided,followed by an introduction to the concept of PLC program design.It was shown that the improvement using the frequency converter makes the process control more accurate and the process parameters can be effectively and timely monitored and controlled using the configuration monitoring system.In general,more intuitive and flexible control can be obtained.The feasibility of the system was illustrated via simulated operations,demonstrating the original intent of the design.
