数字化背景下医院前置审方系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Hospital Prescription Pre-checking System under the Background of Digitization

近年来,各行各业不断在推进数字化转型。国家卫健委明确要求,智慧医院涵盖有三大领域,即以医务人员为对象的“智慧医疗”,以患者为服务目标的“智慧服务”及提升医院管理为目的的“智慧管理”。数字化背景下智慧医院建设也为各大医院升级转型拉开序幕。为规范医院处方审核工作,该文依照医院前置审方的实际情况,借助信息化与数字化手段,开展数字化背景下前置审方系统的设计与实现分析,期待该系统的实践应用在确保患者用药安全的同时,可有效提升处方合格率,迅速拦截不合理处方,持续推进医院处方前置审核工作的顺利进行。

In recent years,all industries have been promoting digital transformation.The National Health Commis‐sion clearly requires that smart hospitals cover three areas,namely"smart medicine"for medical staff,"smart service"for patients and"smart management"for improving hospital management.Under the digital background,the con‐struction of smart hospitals also kicked off the upgrading and transformation of major hospitals.In order to stan‐dardize the hospital prescription review,according to the actual situation of the hospital prescription pre-checking system,with the help of information and digital means,this paper carries out the design and implementation analysis of the prescription pre-checking system under the digital background.It is expected that the practical application of the system can effectively improve the qualified rate of prescriptions and quickly intercept unreasonable prescriptions while ensuring the drug safety of patients,continue to promote the smooth progress of the pre-checking of hospital prescriptions.
