摘要 随着软件工程技术的迅猛发展,高校管理信息化水平不断提升。高校人力资源管理是高校管理工作的重中之重,传统的管理形式数据冗余严重而且效率低,操作过程复杂而繁琐,无法满足当前高校工作的需要。该文探讨如何将基于SOA架构开发平台应用到高校的人力资源管理系统中来,依托SOA架构所具有的多种优势,加强高校人力资源管理系统的复用性和扩展性,从而使高校人力资源管理的决策依据更加科学化。系统利用软件工程的设计方法和原则及其他相关学科知识的支撑对该系统进行了深入的分析、详细的设计,直至系统的最终实现和部署。 With the rapid development of software engineering technology,the level of information management in colleges and universities has been improved continuously.The human resource(HR)management is the most im‐portant work in colleges and universities.The data redundancy and efficiency of the traditional management are se‐rious and low,and the operation process is complicated and tedious,which can not meet the needs of colleges and universities.This paper discusses how to apply the development platform based on SOA to the HR management system of colleges and universities,and how to strengthen the reusability and expansibility of the HR management system of colleges and universities based on the advantages of SOA.Thus makes the university HR management decision-making basis more scientific.The system makes use of the design method and principle of software engi‐neering and the support of other related subject knowledge to analyze and design the system in detail,and finally realize and deploy the system.
