基于信息化时代下的高校文印管理信息化及自助服务研究

Research on Informatization and Self-service of College Document Printing Management in the Information Age

文印管理在高校管理中占据的位置非常重要,文印管理的质量会直接影响教师的教学科研工作与学生学习生活的水平,目前很多学校文印管理内容和过程依然存在不足之处,特别是一些高校的文印管理工作无法适应信息化时代要求,在管理信息化及自助服务存在漏洞,该文从实践出发,以提升效率、成本控制及隐患排除为目标,探索针对管理信息化及自助服务的文印管理策略。

Document printing management occupies a very important position in college management.The quality of document printing management will directly affect teachers'teaching and scientific research work and students'learning and living standards.At present,there are still deficiencies in the content and process of document printing management in many schools,especially in some universities,which can not meet the requirements of the informa‐tion age,there are loopholes in management informatization and self-service.Starting from practice,this paper ex‐plores the text printing management strategy for management informatization and self-service with the goal of im‐proving efficiency,cost control and troubleshooting.
