关于中职学生的在校表现情况,可以通过学生的档案得到直接反映,因此,这也成为了社会对于人才选拔的重要凭证。通过档案能够了解学上在校期间的各项表现,因此中职学校必须对档案管理工作给予高度的重视,确保档案的服务功能能够落实。然而,就当前中职学校的档案管理工作情形来看,其中存在诸多问题需要解决,对于档案管理的改革工作已经刻不容缓。

The performance of secondary vocational students in school can be directly reflected by the students'ar‐chives.So this has become an important proof of the society for talent selection.Through archives,we can under‐stand various performances during school.Therefore,secondary vocational schools must attach great importance to archives management to ensure that the service function of archives can be implemented.However,in view of the current situation of archives management in secondary vocational schools,there are many problems to be solved,and the reform of archives management is urgent.
