互联网视域下推进医院图书资料管理改革的思考

Thoughts on Promoting the Reform of Hospital Books and Materials Management from the Perspective of Internet

医院图书资料管理对医务人员的技能提升与知识积累拥有举足轻重的重要功能和作用,同时也是医院“科”“教”“研”活动得以推进的关键抓手。在互联网背景下,医院图书资料管理应从细节出发,逐步推动图书资料管理的信息化与数字化建设。然而在管理改革的过程中,医院图书资料管理却面临着管理体制不够完善、资金支持不足、主动性及服务性较差的问题,需要结合互联网在医院图书管理中的价值,提出人员培训、体制完善、提高重视力度等改革策略,以期推动医院图书资料管理工作的顺利开展。

Hospital library management plays an important role in the skill improvement and knowledge accumula‐tion of medical staff.It is also the key to promote the activities of"Science""Teaching""Research"in hospital.Under the background of Internet,hospital library management should start from details and gradually promote the infor‐mation and digital construction of library management.However,in the process of management reform,hospital li‐brary management is facing the problems of imperfect management system,insufficient financial support,poor ini‐tiative and service.Combined with the value of the Internet in hospital library management,we need to put forward reform strategies such as personnel training,system improvement and improving vision,in order to promote the smooth development of hospital library management.
