摘要
该文采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法及逻辑分析法等研究方法,研究8周高强度间歇训练对大学生身体素质的影响,既为学校的体育教学、体育锻炼提供可实施的方法,也对增强学生体质健康有着重要的参考价值。研究结论表明:学生身体素质800 m(女)/1000 m(男)、50 m跑、仰卧起坐(女)/引体向上(男)、立定跳远这位4个指标都有不同程度的提高,说明8周高强度间歇训练干预可以有效提高学生的体质健康测试水平,进而提高其身体素质。
This paper adopts the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study the influence of 8-week high-intensity interval training on the physical quality of college students.It not only provides practical methods for school physical education and physical exercise,but also has important reference value for enhancing students'physical health.The conclusion shows that the four indexes of students'physical quality 800 m(female)/1000 m(male),50 m running,sit ups(female)/pull-up(male)and standing long jump have been improved to varying degrees,indicating that 8-week high-intensity intermittent training intervention can effectively improve students'physical health test level and improve their physical quality.
