摘要
针对特殊结构铸造压力容器,按照常规设计往往无法完成结构准确计算,通过模型转换后的估算可能会导致结果过于保守,结构过于笨重,造成不必要浪费的问题,结合实践探讨了除有限元分析设计外的验证性爆破试验过程,通过验证试验实现结构优化,可得到安全经济的结构,实现材料价值的最优利用。
In view of the special structure of the casting pressure vessel,it's difficult to calculate the strength accurately by the conventional formula,and calculation through the model transformation may lead to conservative result and heavy structure,which would cause unnecessary waste problem.In this paper,in addition to the finite element analysis,the burst test verification process is discussed based on the practice.The structural optimization is realized through verification testing;the safe and economical structure is obtained so as to achieve the optimal utilization of material value.
