摘要
为了实现灵活高效的缓冲分类收集球形水果,设计一种新型智能水果缓冲收集装置。该装置由丝杠传动部分、剪叉升降部分、智能分类部分和缓冲部分等四部分组成。完成各部分具体结构设计及控制系统设计。通过虚拟样机实验验证了该装置可实现球形水果按照大小及成熟度等方式的智能分类,能减轻劳动工人的工作量。
In order to realize flexible and efficient collection of spherical fruits by buffering classification,a new intelligent buffering collection device is designed in this paper.The device consists of four parts:the lead screw driving part,the cutting fork lifting part,the intelligent classification part and the buffer part;the specific structural design and control system design of each part is completed.It is verified through the virtual prototype experiment that the device can realize the intelligent classification of spherical fruits according to the size and maturity,and it can reduce the workload of labor workers.
