摘要 针对测井作业时需要的测井车辆多问题,本着节省资源,降低测井作业成本的原则,提出了多功能测井车设计方案。车体举升装置采用了翻转式双桅杆结构,桅杆上还增加了支腿结构;该车研制成功后进行了整车定型试验,同时由第三方机构对桅杆举升装置进行了型式试验。试验完成后该车在长庆油田和辽河油田现场进行测井作业,使用结果表明多功能测井车可以独立完成测井作业,测井作业时可以节省1台汽车起重机的经济成本。 In order to solve the problem of huge logging fleet,a design scheme of multi-function logging vehicle is proposed based on the principle of saving resources and reducing the cost of logging operations.After successful development of the vehicle,the vehicle finalize test is carried out according to the national special vehicle modification policy,and the type test of the mast lifting device is carried out by a third party organization.After the test,the vehicle is used in field logging operations in Changqing oilfield and Liaohe oilfield.The application results show that the multi-functional logging vehicle can complete logging operations independently;and economic cost of a truck crane can be saved when logging.
