摘要
在现代制造加工过程中自动化生产线的应用越来越广泛,由于产品外形具有复杂性与特殊性的特点,制约了生产线上智能机械手自动抓取技术的应用,也影响了智能化生产线的发展与推广。针对实际生产中所遇到形状有差异的零件难以适应同一生产线的问题,提出设计新型自动抓取夹具的方案,通过有效实施,解决了工业产品外形不规则及不同零件重叠所产生的自动抓取困难的问题,杜绝了因瓶颈工序的产生而无法使用自动化生产线的现象。
In the modern manufacturing process,the application of automatic production line is more and more extensive.Due to the complexity and particularity of product shape,the application of automatic grasping technology of intelligent manipulator on the production line is restricted,and the development and promotion of intelligent production line are also affected.In view of the problem that the parts with different shapes encountered in the actual production are difficult to adapt to the same production line,the idea of designing a new automatic grasping fixture is proposed,which solves the automatic grasping difficulties caused by the irregular shape of industrial products and the overlap of different parts,so as to eliminate the phenomenon that the automatic production line cannot be used due to the bottleneck process.
