摘要
基于开关电感有源网络提出一种新型双向DC/DC变换器拓扑,在实现大变比的同时避免了极限的占空比,并且有效地降低了开关器件的电压应力。详细分析了所提变换器在升压模式和降压模式下的工作原理和电路特性,在MATLAB/SIMULINK平台中搭建了仿真模型进行了原理验证,结果证明了理论分析的正确性。所提电路拓扑在分布式发电系统的应用中具有一定的参考价值。
For the traditional Buck/Boost bidirectional DC/DC converter in the distributed power generation system with energy storage,there are some problems such as constrained voltage step-up and step-down ratio,high voltage stress of the switch;for that reason,a novel bidirectional DC/DC converter topology is proposed based on the switched-inductor active network.The proposed converter can achieve big voltage conversion rate without an extremely duty ratio;besides,the voltage stress of switches are effectively reduced.In this paper,the working principle and circuit characteristics of the proposed converter in boost mode and buck mode are analyzed in detail.Finally,the simulation model is established in MATLAB/SIMULINK platform,and the result verifies the correctness of theoretical analysis.The proposed converter topology has certain reference value in the application of distributed generation system.
