摘要
煤矿巷道支护对于维持煤矿井下安全开采、井下人员的生命安全具有重要作用,传统支护方式很难实现多点快速同步支护。采用模块化和集成化思想设计了一种煤矿巷道组合式锚杆钻机同步支护作业平台,并设计了配套的液压系统和电气控制系统,实现了对井下巷道顶帮和侧帮的同步打钻和快速支护,提高了支护效率,对提高巷道支护水平和工程进度具有一定的参考意义。
Coal mine roadway support plays an important role in maintaining the safe mining of coal mines and the life safety of underground personnel.The traditional support methods are difficult to achieve multi-point rapid simultaneous support.In this paper,a type of coal mine roadway combined bolting rig synchronous support operation platform is designed by adopting the modularization and integration ideas,and the supporting hydraulic system and electrical control system is designed to realize the synchronous drilling and rapid support of the top and sides of the underground roadway.Thus the support efficiency is greatly improved,and it is of great significance for improving the level of roadway support and the progress of the project.
