摘要 为提升薄煤层开采液压支架工作安全性能,基于自动化控制技术思路,设计了薄煤层液压支架电液控制系统,给出了电液控制系统的整体结构图,并对薄煤层液压支架电液控制的支架控制器进行设计分析,给出了最小系统单元、通信单元、基本功能单元、驱动单元及采集单元硬件设计,通过实践应用验证,可较好的解决工作面突发故障,满足要求,达到矿井降本增效的目的。 In order to improve the working safety performance of hydraulic support for thin coal seam mining,the electro-hydraulic control system of thin coal seam hydraulic support is designed based on the idea of automatic control in this paper,and the overall structure diagram of the electro-hydraulic control system is given.The support controller of electro-hydraulic control of thin coal seam hydraulic support is designed and analyzed,and the hardware design of minimum system unit,communication unit,basic functional unit,driving unit and acquisition unit is given.Through the practical application verification,it can better solve the sudden failure of the working surface and meet the requirements,which would achieve the purpose of mine cost reduction and efficiency increase.
