摘要 为保证矿井提升机运行安全,降低松绳、断绳、过卷等事故发生的概率,利用仿真模拟结合理论分析的方法对矿井提升机的恒减速电液控制系统进行优化设计,给出了恒减速电液控制系统的硬件、软件的组成及工作原理,同时通过Adams对恒减速电控控制设计方案进行仿真研究,得出滚筒速度在5 s内能够降低至零,能满足正常生产需求,验证了设计方案的有效可行性,为矿井安全开采及矿井高效开采提供一定的参考及借鉴。 In order to ensure the operation safety of mine hoist and reduce the probability of rope loosening,rope breaking,over winding and other accidents,the constant deceleration electro-hydraulic control system of mine hoist is optimized by using the method of simulation and theoretical analysis,and the composition and working principle of hardware and software of constant deceleration electro-hydraulic control system are given.At the same time,the design scheme of constant deceleration electronic control is simulated by Adams.It is concluded that the drum speed can be reduced to zero within 5 seconds,which can meet the needs of normal production.The effective feasibility of the design scheme is verified,which provides a certain reference for mine safety mining and mine efficient mining.
