摘要
以气缸生产单元设备上、下料为研究对象,提出了采用KUKA机器人实现产线物流技术支撑。分析不同机床设备的工艺技术,运用KRL程序的变量与协定、流程循环控制以及子程序等方法,设计了零部件工序任务调度的机器人程序,实现了气缸加工的柔性化生产。通过气缸“订单式”生产加工实证:该程序有效提高生产效率、生产质量稳定,为气缸产业智能化生产提供有效借鉴。
Taking the loading and unloading of cylinder production unit equipment as the research object,the KUKA robot is proposed to realize the production line logistics technical support.By analyzing the process technology of different equipment,using the KRL program variables and agreements,process cycle control and subroutine methods,the robot program of parts process task scheduling is designed,and the flexible production of cylinder processing is realized.Through the cylinder"order form"production and processing demonstration,it is shown that the program can effectively improve the production efficiency,stable production quality,and provide effective reference for the intelligent production of cylinder industry.
