摘要
在推行智能制造的大背景下,数字化仿真技术在汽车行业普遍应用。数字化工艺规划最重要的环节就是工艺仿真,基于西门子PDPS仿真软件,采用数字化仿真技术对发动机某工序产品的工艺规划和设备改造工装进行虚拟验证,提前发现改造设备工装或机器人路径存在干涉并进行工艺优化,从而缩短工艺开发周期,提高产品质量和产品竞争力。
Under the background of promoting intelligent manufacturing,the digital simulation technology is widely used in the automobile industry.The most important link of digital process planning is process simulation.In this article,based on the Siemens PDPS(Process Designer&Process Simulate)simulation software,digital simulation technology is used to virtual verify the process planning and equipment transformation tooling of an engine process production,thus the interference of modified equipment tooling or robot path could be found in advance and process optimization could be conducted,so as to shorten the process development cycle and to improve the quality and competitiveness of products.
