基于三角函数的加减速控制在数控系统上的设计和应用

摘要 为减小机床加工过程中启动和停止时的冲击,提高机床的运动平稳性,利用三角函数在数学上无限可导的特性,提出了基于三角函数的加减速控制算法,在自主开发的数控系统上进行了工程化设计和软件代码实现,从机床加工试验和数据分析结果表明设计可行、有效,达到了预期效果,在市场上推广应用,也得到了客户的认可。 In order to reduce the impact of starting and stopping in the machining process of the machine tool and improve the motion stability of the machine tool,the acceleration and deceleration control algorithm based on trigonometric function is proposed by using the mathematically infinite derivative of trigonometric function.The engineering design and software code are realized on the independently developed NC system.The machine tool processing test and data analysis results show that the design is feasible and effective,which achieves the expected effect;it is promoted and applied in the market,and has been recognized by customers.
