摘要
换热网络优化中,换热单元面积费用指数的大小直接影响换热单元的运行成本,改变整型变量优化路径和个体更新速度。通过设置不同面积费用指数,观察换热单元数以及年综合费用(TAC)变化情况,发现不同面积费用指数下整型变量和连续变量优化效率和精度不同。基于此,建立换热单元面积费用指数松弛策略,将换热器面积费用指数和公用工程面积费用指数分开处理,以换热器松弛为主,公用工程松弛为辅,在优化陷入停滞状态时协同优化换热网络,增强个体竞争活力,提高个体结构变异能力,使TAC有更大的下降空间。最后,采用15SP和10SP算例进行验证,得到了较好的优化结果,验证了该策略有效提高了算法的优化质量。
In the optimization of heat exchanger network,the area cost index of heat exchanger unit directly affects the operation cost of heat exchanger unit,and changes the integral variable optimization path and the individual update speed.By setting up different area cost index,observing the change of heat exchanger unit number and total annual cost(TAC),it is found that the optimization efficiency and accuracy of integral variable and continuous variable under different area cost index are different.Based on this,the relaxation strategy of heat exchanger area cost index is established,in which the heat exchanger area cost index and the public works area cost index are treated separately,and when the optimization comes to a standstill,the heat exchanger network is co-optimized by mainly the the relaxation of heat exchanger supplemented by the relaxation of public works.The enhancement of individual competitive vitality and the improvement of individual structure variation ability make greater reduce of TAC.At last,15SP and 10SP examples are used to verify and get better optimization results,proving that the strategy effectively improves the optimization quality of the algorithm.
