摘要
合成了表面活性聚合物,考察了该聚合物的性能,并与部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)进行了对比,同时采用可视化实验驱油装置探讨了表面活性聚合物的驱油机理,通过室内物模实验评价了驱油效果。实验结果表明,合成的表面活性聚合物具有优异的溶解性,达到常规驱油聚合物指标要求。该表面活性聚合物具有优良的增黏性、耐温性以及良好的表面活性,在质量浓度为1200 mg/L时,表面活性聚合物溶液的表面张力为34.6 mN/m左右,性能优于HPAM,对膜状残余油、盲端残余油和孤岛剩余油均有很好的驱替和洗油作用。先经HPAM驱替后,再注入表面活性聚合物可进一步提高原油采收率。
The surface active polymer was synthesized,and its properties were investigated and compared with partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM).Oil displacement mechanism of the surface active polymer was discussed by using visual experimental oil displacement device,and the oil displacement effect was evaluated by physical model experiment.The experimental results show that the synthesized surface active polymer has excellent solubility and meets the requirements of conventional flooding polymer.The surface active polymer possesses excellent viscosity property,temperature resistance and high surface activity.When the mass concentration of the surface active polymer is 1200 mg/L,the surface tension of the solution is 34.6 mN/m,which is better than HPAM.Furthermore,it has significant displacement and oil washing effect on residual oil film,residual oil in dead-end and isolated-island residual oil.After polymer flooding of HPAM,the following injection of surface active polymer can further enhance oil recovery.
