基于多模态MRI的影像组学在儿童髓母细胞瘤中的研究进展

Research Progress of Radiomics Based on Multimodal Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Pediatric Medulloblastoma

髓母细胞瘤是儿童最常见的颅内原发恶性肿瘤。2016年世界卫生组织提出的结合病理和分子的诊断模式,对于髓母细胞瘤的风险分层治疗具有极大的价值。尽管常规MRI表现与髓母细胞瘤的病理和分子基础具有一定的相关性,但近年来影像组学的兴起为无创识别髓母细胞瘤亚型提供了一种新的、有前景的工具和方法。因此,本文对多模态MRI影像组学在儿童髓母细胞瘤中的研究进展进行综述。

Medulloblastoma is the most common primary intracranial malignancy in children.The combined pathological and molecular diagnostic strategy,proposed by the World Health Organization in 2016,is of great value for the risk-stratified treatment of medulloblastoma.Despite routine MRI imaging findings have a certain relevance with the pathological and molecular classification of medulloblastoma,recently the rise of radiomics provides a new and promising method for noninvasive identification of medulloblastoma subtypes.Hence,the research progresses of radiomics based on multimodal magnetic resonance imaging in pediatric medulloblastoma was reviewed and summarized in this paper.
