正压通气治疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征伴2型糖尿病氧化应激的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察经鼻持续气道正压通气(nCPAP)治疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)合并2型糖尿病患者氧化应激水平的影响。方法:2016年1月-2020年12月收治中重度OSAHS合并2型糖尿病患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。试验组给予nCPAP治疗及降糖治疗3个月;对照组仅给予一般治疗及降糖治疗。比较两组患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及血糖水平。结果:试验组治疗后空腹血糖、2 hBG水平均明显低于对照组,血清MDA水平明显低于对照组,且血清SOD水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:nCPAP治疗可以明显改善OSAHS合并2型糖尿病患者的氧化应激水平。 Objective:To observe the effect of nasal continuous positive airway pressure(nCPAP)treatment on the level of oxidative stress in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and type 2 diabetes.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2020,50 patients with moderate to severe OSAHS and type 2 diabetes were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 25 cases in each group.The experimental group was given nCPAP treatment and hypoglycemic treatment for 3 months.The control group was only given general treatment and hypoglycemic treatment.We compared the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and blood glucose levels between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 hBG levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the serum MDA level was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the serum SOD level was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:nCPAP treatment can significantly improve the level of oxidative stress in patients with OSAHS and type 2 diabetes.
