脑卒中一体化管理对缩短急性缺血性脑卒中患者救治时间的影响

Effect of integrated stroke management on shortening treatment time for patients with acute ischemic stroke

目的:分析急性缺血性脑卒中患者救治中脑卒中一体化管理对缩短救治时间的影响。方法:2019年10月-2021年3月收治急性缺血性脑卒中患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组开展常规救治流程;观察组应用脑卒中一体化管理。比较两组救治效果。结果:观察组发病至入急诊科时间、入院后至溶栓治疗时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组救治后7 d的NIHSS评分低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性缺血性脑卒中患者救治中应用脑卒中一体化管理,可显著缩短救治时间,提高救治效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated stroke management on shortening the treatment time for patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:From October 2019 to March 2021,100 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group.The control group carried out conventional treatment procedures.The observation group received integrated stroke management.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The time from onset to emergency department and from admission to thrombolytic therapy in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The NIHSS score and Barthel index of the observation group were lower than the control group at 7 days after treatment.the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated stroke management in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke can significantly shorten the treatment time and improve the treatment effect.
