微小切口坚固内固定术治疗口腔颌面部骨折的临床研究

Clinical study of micro incision rigid internal fixation in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial fractures

目的:研讨细小切口进路坚固内固定术治疗口腔颌面部骨折的临床疗效。方法:2016年3月-2021年3月收治口腔颌面骨折患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。参照组实施常规颌间结扎牵引复位固定治疗;试验组实施细小切口进路钛钉钛板坚固内固定手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组固定无位移率、愈合率及外观恢复满意度均高于参照组,且术后并发症发生率明显低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施细小切口进路钛钉钛板坚固内固定手术治疗口腔颌面骨折,手术效果非常明显,且并发症发生率低,患者满意度较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of small incision approach and rigid internal fixation in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial fractures.Methods:From March 2016 to March 2021,100 patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional intermaxillary ligation traction reduction and fixation.The experimental group was treated with small incision approach and solid internal fixation with titanium nail and titanium plate.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the fixation displacement free rate,healing rate and appearance recovery satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of small incision approach and solid internal fixation with titanium nail and titanium plate in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial fractures is very obvious,with low complication rate and high patient satisfaction.
