探讨经支气管镜下肺泡灌洗治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床效果观察

Exploration on the clinical effect of bronchoscopic alveolar lavage in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia

目的:观察支气管镜下肺泡灌洗治疗社区获得性肺炎的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年6月本院收治的98例社区获得性肺炎患者作为本次的研究对象,98例患者分成试验组与对照组,试验组50例,对照组48例。对照组采用常规的药物治疗,试验组在参照组的基础上采用支气管镜肺泡灌洗。观察试验组与对照组的治疗效果、体温恢复时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、白细胞计数、胸部CT明显改善时间、抗生素应用时间、住院时间以及费用。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的83.33%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组患者的体温恢复时间、咳嗽消失时间以及肺部啰音消失时间都要低于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞计数试验组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组的胸部CT明显改善时间、抗生素应用时间、住院时间以及住院费用都要低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于社区获得性肺炎采用支气管镜下肺泡灌洗方法,效果好、恢复快,且能减少患者的住院时间及住院费用。

Objective:To observe the effect of bronchoscopic alveolar lavage in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia.Methods:100 patients with community-acquired pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study,and these 100 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group 50 patients,control group 48 patients.The control group was treated with conventional drug therapy,and the experimental group was treated with bronchoscopic alveolar lavage on the basis of the reference group.The treatment effect,temperature recovery time,cough disappearance time,lung rales disappearance time,white blood cell count,chest CT improvement time,antibiotic application time,hospital stay and cost were observed between the experimental group and the control group.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was 100.00%.It was 83.33%higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The temperature recovery time,cough disappearance time and lung rales disappearance time of the experimental group were all lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the white blood cell count between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).chest CT improvement time,antibiotic application time,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchoscopic alveolar lavage for the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia has a better effect and faster recovery,reducing the length of hospital stay and hospitalization costs.
