腹腔镜技术在治疗妇科手术致输尿管损伤中的临床应用分析

Analysis of the clinical application of laparoscopic technique in the treatment of ureteral injury caused by gynecological surgery

目的:分析应用腹腔镜技术治疗妇科手术致输尿管损伤的效果。方法:选取因妇科手术造成输尿管损伤患者50例,应用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组采取开腹手术,观察组应用腹腔镜技术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组肌酐及尿素氮水平均低于对照组,肾小球滤过率水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量、尿瘘平均消失时间、双J管留置时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于妇科手术致输尿管损伤治疗期间应用腹腔镜技术具有积极意义,可降低并发症发生率,突出可靠以及微创的优势。

Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic technique in the treatment of ureteral injury caused by gynecological surgery.Methods:50 patients with ureteral injury caused by gynecological surgery were selected,they were divided into the two groups by random number table.The control group underwent laparotomy.The observation group applied laparoscopic technology.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the glomerular filtration rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,average disappearance time of urinary fistula,double J tube indwelling time and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of laparoscopic technology during the treatment of ureteral injury caused by gynecological surgery is of positive significance,which can reduce the incidence of complications and highlight the advantages of reliability and minimal invasiveness.
